Buckshot is the lead MC from the legendary group Black Moon, as well as the mighty Boot Camp Clik, comprised of Sean Price, Smif N Wessun, and Heltah Skeltah. Buckshots debut album in 1993, as part of Black Moon, was Enta Da Stage, which featured such hits as I Gotcha Opin, How Many Emcees, Who Got The Props, and Buck Em Down.

In 1995, Buckshot, along with his partner Dru Ha, started the Independent Powerhouse, Duck Down Music. The label is currently home to such acts as: Pharoahe Monch, Black Rob, Kidz In The Hall, B-Real of Cypress Hill, 9th Wonder, Sean Price, DJ Revolution, Smif N Wessun, Boot Camp Clik, Marco Polo, Torae, Skyzoo, and Ruste Juxx.

Throughout Buckshots illustrious career he has worked with some of the most influential names in the music industry, including: Mary J Blige, Atmosphere, Q-Tip, Busta Rhymes, Talib Kweli, Aaliyah, Immortal Technique as well as the late, great Tupac Shakur, who flew Buckshot out to his home in Los Angeles, CA to record a full-length album entitled One Nation. Due to Tupacs untimely death, the record was never released, although Buckshot is featured on Tupacs Better Dayz album.

Since 2005, Buckshot has teamed up with Grammy Award winning super-producer 9th Wonder to release two studio albums: Chemistry, in 2005 and The Formula in 2008. Later this year 9th Wonder & Buckshot are scheduled to release their 3rd studio album, The Solution.

Buckshot has made custom music for ESPN, The History Channel, Belvedere, Smirnoff, Sony Pictures, Pizza Hut, HBO & more.

Earlier this year, Buckshot released an A-Z guide to the music business entitled The Common Knowledgy of the Entertainment Industry. The 80-page hard cover book also included a CD with original Buckshot music based on the concepts within the book.
